Russian President Vladimir Putin has fired five generals and one police colonel, according to a report from Moscow-based media group RBC, amid the country's military failures in Ukraine.

Там уже почти всех генералов убили в Украине. Да и какие путинские генералы? Скорей всего - друзья по коррупции, вот и воевать не умеют совершенно.

А также не считает разумным доставлять пользователям дополнительные неудобства, в плане самостоятельного перевода, если все пользователи имеют возможность выражать мнения на русском языке.
При этом, Совет форума считает, что не будет нарушением правил форума, если пользователь оставив сообщение (фразу) на не официальном языке форума, одновременно предоставит перевода сказанного.
Если перевода нет, то модератор вправе принять любое решение касаемо наличия нарушения в таком сообщении, основываясь на собственном уровне эрудиции. Жалобы на неправильное понимание модератором фраз на иностранном языке Совет рассматривать не будет.
Так же не является нарушением, если пользователь использовал в сообщении общеизвестные фраза на иностранном языке, которые с большой вероятностью поймет бОльшая часть форума. Таких как: «dura lex sed lex», «O tempora, о mores!», «Veni, vidi, vici», «God, save the Queen», «No pasaran!», «Cherchez la femme» и т. д.

Я видимо не курсе, что Ярославль уже на Украине, правда я в марте там был, что то я границу дез досмотра авто туда и обратно проехал! Может просто повезло?
